This studio is located on the 2end floor. Napa is 9~14 minels away, S.F. is 26 miles only. About 25~35 minutes drive to both city. This simple , clean , private studio has a queen size poster bed with sleep number mattress , and a small kitchen. I will be welcoming you while your arriving and provide you a gate remote for your parking space ! ( Between 4~6PM ) Or self checking in after hours. Our building has 24 /7 security cameras in every area but private rooms or studios. Does not matter if you are a Single female or famous musician, you will feel very safe to living here with us. Our entire property is non smoking zone. And we require all guests non smoking, no drama, no alcoholic, no un-know visiter at all time. We do not interact your staying but welcome you to ask questions or any needs. I will do my best to provide your needs at any time. Our focus is to provide you a comfortable relaxing place with great night / Day sleep. Some of our guests working at night and sleep at day. It means, 24 hours quietness, is very very important to every guest here. With all the respect, we are not suitable for young kids at all. So, if you have kids, please keep them behave, or, we will ask you to check out with respect. Please make a note: If we smell any smoking from your room. You will be charged for $300 with no questions to ask. This unit does not have TV, If you need the TV, we do offer another unit with large Sony TV screen and large private kitchen with Jacuzzi at very reasonable price. Please check into our other list.
