If you are visiting as a tourist and wish to experience the real San Francisco, then this apartment is the logical place, eat where the locals eat, there are a many restaurants within a few blocks (serving an incredible variety of cuisines), have a beer at some of the best neighborhood bars in the city, great access to parks and nature as well as everything you would expect from an urban world class city.The apartment has 3 big rooms, an Eat-In kitchen, Separate bedroom with a queen size bed and a large Living room with a double sofa bed. Sleeps up to 4 people and an infant, we also have a Pack-n-Play baby cot and a highchair. Full size bathroom with tub and shower. Absolutely everything is supplied, Linens, Towels, soap, shampoo and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything to cook a family dinner. High speed internet, cable TV (including HBO). The apartment is located in a two unit building and we live upstairs, so just knock on our door or text or call if you need anything. Plus you have access to our really cute backyard/garden, please see photos. You do not need a car, but if you do rent one, there is a lot of free street parking (it''s one of the few centrally located neighborhoods that doesn''t require a permit to park for more than 2 hours). We feel so fortunate to own a home in San Francisco - and, in particular, this home on charming Elizabeth Street in Noe Valley. We moved into it in xxxx. The home was originally built in xxxx. It has been thoroughly remodeled (a few times) over the years. It now has all the modern creature comforts, but retains incredible character and charm - just like the neighborhood. Noe Valley has it all, every type of restaurants, delightful coffee shops, delicious bakeries, kids playgrounds, stylish boutiques, a Whole Foods Market, great shopping, farmer''s markets on Saturdays, street fairs, and most importantly - a village feel in an sophisticated urban environment. It''s centrally located and therefore convenient to nearly every other neighborhood in the City. The historic Castro District and the super hip Mission District are particularly close. Our property is a two unit building. We live upstairs and we rent out the lower unit as a fully equipped vacation apartment. The apartment is quiet, spacious, cozy, well-lit and inviting. It has everything you need or want in a vacation or business trip rental. From fast WiFi and great water pressure to a sunny front stoop and an inviting backyard. And with a large couch that easily converts into a queen sized sleeper sofa, our unit can comfortably accommodate a family of four. We also can supply a twin mattress if your kids prefer not to share the queen. Tha
