For sale here is a xxxx Martin D-28 Acoustic Guitar with Brazilian Rosewood back and sides.
I purchased this guitar recently, but am selling to pay for school. I purchased this instrument from a gentleman whose friend's father purchased the instrument new. His father had the instrument's finish repaired and restored by a Martin service center in xxxx (as mentioned above). His dad died some years back and left him the guitar. He doesn't play, however, so the guitar has been sitting in the closet since the early/mid xxxx's. This guitar is getting harder to find and would make a fine addition for a player or collector.The guitar is in Excellent condition, and it had a repair/restoration of the finish in xxxx by guitar luthiers Gary Lewis and Gary Hufford. The finish is in beautiful condition. The bindings do have age cracking, but overall are still in very good condition. The guitar has original tuners and its original case.The instrument has some fret wear, but not bad for 60 years. The overall condition current condition of the finish is it has some light wear, very little scratching, dings or dents, it has some slight finish cracking on the headstock.
